Founded on the belief that every human being has the right to grow and develop in a friendly environment. Cirquenciel has grown into a vibrant social enterprise serving a diverse community while maintaining its commitment to positive social impact.

The program is structured around three key components. The École de Cirque offers professional training to individuals of all ages and abilities. Operating as a social enterprise, it follows a self‑sustaining model that allows it to serve communities equitably and sustainably by extending opportunities to communities that might otherwise lack access.

The Performing Troupe is composed of skilled youth who have trained at the École de Cirque and come together to perform at festivals, private events, community events, and public celebrations. Through their performances, they not only showcase their artistic talents but also promote social inclusion and challenge stereotypes.

Finally, the Social Circus trainers provide tailored group support and also conduct visits to refugee camps and vulnerable communities, bringing joy and psychosocial care to children who face social and economic hardships.

Cirquenciel collaborates closely with schools and international partners. A member of the Caravan International Circus Network, the Cirquenciel team is continuously expanding its reach and impact through community projects and educational exchange programs. Over the years, it has partnered with organizations such as Save the Children, UNICEF, World Vision, GVC, ICU, alongside numerous public and private institutions.
