The Inclusive Employment Unit takes a twofold approach, concentrating on enhancing the capabilities of job seekers with disabilities and facilitating positive change within companies. For individuals, we provide comprehensive support, including skill development, workforce readiness, personalized coaching for sustained career growth, and effective job placement services, while eliminating barriers to employment. Simultaneously, on the corporate side, we collaborate with companies through our tailored Disability Inclusion Scale(DIS) process, training, and ongoing support to embed disability inclusion and promote long-term cultural shifts. Our aim is to streamline access to employment opportunities and support career development for individuals with disabilities, while cultivating a culture of disability inclusion, promoting decent work, and advocating for equal employment opportunities across workplaces in Lebanon.
